How do the shirts fit?

Please carefully read the size chart included in each product. If you are unsure, please email us at liv@gobigmarketing.com before purchasing and we'd be happy to help you find the right size. Seriously just ask us!  We know ordering online and trying to find the right size can be really difficult so we are here to help! 

Do The shirts shrink? How should I wash them?

The shirts are pre-shrunk 100 percent cotton. We recommend air drying or tumble dry low to get the most longevity out of our apparel. 


Currently we are about 5-7 Business Days out. Please be patient with us. If you are in a rush for an item please email us BEFORE placing your order! All items are delivered through USPS and provided a tracking number. 

Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.

If your package seems to be missing or has been marked as "delivered" but you don't have it:
Please check with your local post office or neighbors. Often times a delivery attempt was made, the package is being returned to sender, or it accidentally went to your neighbor. We unfortunately are working with the same information you are at this point but will do our best to help! 


International shipping is at the risk of the shopper! We ship everything via USPS and will provide a tracking number. Please note that tracking information typically stops as the package leaves the US and is then marked "delivered" when it enters the country of destination. From there, it can take an additional 1-6 weeks for the order to be delivered. 

Customs and import duties may be applied to orders when your shipment reaches its destination-Orlando Shirts is not Liable for these Fees. 


We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of ordering. Item must be unwashed, unworn, and in salable condition for a full refund. 

The customer is responsible for postage for returns and exchanges. We are a super SMALL business. Literally a 2 woman team. It is already very expensive to accept returns and exchanges and we simply aren't set up to cover the postage.

Sale items and hats are all final sale!!!! We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sale item or hat.
